Final Multimedia Project

Evaluation:
What I did for my Multimedia final was a "portfolio" website was to gather all my projects starting from the beginning of the six weeks to the last six weeks of the school year. All these projects including, the Educational Game, Typography, Website and the Digital Manifest were created in either Photoshop, Rome, illustrator, Flash or Iphoto. I planned the setup of this project by using a website that was already created and replaced the information on the website with my projects. I had a page for every program I have used and in each page I installed my projects according to the program that was used. This project could have been improved by adding a description for every image to show the audience an understanding of the purpose for the project and why I used that program to create my project. An error created in this project was installing or importing the images onto the slides. I had to redo it because the image would show in all slides instead of one.

Project

Investigate:

For this project I choose to do typography. To get ideas and to know exactly how to structure and create my typography image I used my past skills and knowledge in photoshop and therefore have a good understanding of the process.

Plan:

My plan for this typography image is to mix it with photography using one of the images i have taken with my own camera. Based on the photograph I will give a message over diversity throughout the photograph that says "Strength Lies In Differences, Not Similarities"and from those words certain letters will be bolded to spell out "Ethnicity"

Create:

 

Evaluation:
I created this typography image using my own photograph and the skills and knowledge from Adobe Photoshop. This image is interesting since it shows the different types of colors in a group with show a diverse number of colors. This reflects the message of the quote.
An error that was produced during the process of making this typography image was that at some point I realized that I had to use Illustrator in order to get the letters outlined, and then it was sent back to photoshop at the end.

Project Specification

This project is for all viewers. It could be a piece in a studio or photography museum.
The objective of this project is to give a message to the viewer about diversity.  it must give a positive message about how diversity among people should be viewed as.
Production:
It should have a photograph of colored pencils as a background
It should have a written message in typography style.
It should have certain letters that stand out
It should be visible for the viewer to read and examine
It should have a good amount of color
It should be created in Photoshop
It should take about 3 class periods
It should have a photograph that was taken by me
Should be appealing and interesting to the viewer

PROJECT

 Examples of different problems i can solve could be demonstrating worldwide hunger using a black and white photograph of a baby and the expression on her/his face. Or showing diversity of race by connecting it to a photograph of different colored pencils laid out on the floor. I will solve it by using the program Photoshop. My goal is to create an image of typography using photography. With this image I will create a message within the photograph using the typography style to it.

Flash project : Website evaluation

Investigate:
For this flash project I choose to do a flash website. To get ideas and to learn exactly how to create a flash website I used my past skills and knowledge of the flash Program. I also used these websites to help -

Plan:
My plan for this flash website is create a website with information on universal sports such as boxing, tennis and ice skating. It will have information on each sport. I will create this by usin my skills on flash and following a video that's shows an example on how exactly to make a flash website. 

Create: 
My creation was the universal sports flash website. 

Evaluation: 
I created this flash website by using the knowledge and skills of the tutorials and mini project over how to use flash. Creating this universal sports flash website was interesting since you learn ways to create press and play buttons and how I design it. 
An error that happened through out this process was misunderstanding 
How to create press buttons and typing the orders to the program exactly how it should be without messing up one single letter.
